When her younger sister, Veni, leaves for the mainland, Lalao can't help but be hurt.

Leaving for the mainland means abandoning her.
Leaving for the mainland means disrespecting their family's legacy on the Isles.
Leaving for the mainland means she'd never return.

Unable to forgive Veni, Lalao finds herself pulled into an equally unforgiving world of snow, ruled by a Prince with a frozen heart...

Will she let herself be consumed by her pain, even if it means never returning to the island herself?

"Yes, I am a sister of the Isles... and I melted an ice prince who became my sea."

I just... strangely love this line, ending 4 has my heart <3

I absolutely adore your writing!! I meant to play this ages ago bc I looooooved Pairs but somehow it got pushed into my backlog T_T but I'm so so so glad I finally read it, and it might actually be a good thing I waited so long - it really hit for me emotionally since I've had a lot of friends that I've parted ways with in recent years. I also loved the way you wrote the other world and the prince; it just barely toed the line of horror with the best elements of the genre. Your writing is the perfect blend of descriptive and thought-provoking without being dense, and the art was all super pretty.

Thank you so much for your work and I'm looking forward to playing more of your games!!

My intention was 100% to play KP and James’ route in PAIRS next, but then I got totally sidetracked — in the best way possible — by this game. I love reading fairytaleseque stories, and this game delivers both in terms of the art (so gorgeous! Gran was my favorite, I think, but it's hard to say because everything was so beautiful and so *cohesively* beautiful) and the writing (which is both atmospheric but not at all tiring to read, and that’s not an easy balance to find).

Most of all, I love love LOVE the trope of the “common” practical girl who interacts with a mythological/fantastical figure who is objectively more powerful than her. I love the entirety of the Prince’s design and esp the lines “It reminds me of the wolf’s shuffling snort, but without the vibrant, living emotion behind it. It is unholy. Repulsive. Subconsciously, I recoil like a dead thing has fallen from his mouth instead.” This is some FANTASTIC writing.I keep rereading it and being wowed every time.

I really liked their dialogue. I want to read it again later, but it really strikes me how, and I don’t think I’m going to word this properly but, how they aren't afraid of being honest with each other – there’s no one else around them, and there’s no specific protocol to follow, so when they talk, it’s without pretences.

My favorite ending…HM. I kind of loved each of them for different reasons XD. Instinctively, my heart says Ending 2 because I love bittersweet endings, but I also have a soft spot for Ending 3 because it was the one I got first.

This game will stick with me for a while..I'm not sure why I'm in my feelings so much about it! >.< You made such a beautiful and enchanting story. Love your writing style and ability to immerse the mind entirely to your stories. I just felt really drawn into this world the entire time I was reading. Thank you for the beautiful experience, I look forward to reading more works from you!

I'm glad you feel that way! I actually wrote this in my faerietale style so it's one of my favorite works. I've only attempted it one other time and I never finished that project, haha. RIP. In any case, I'm glad you could take a trip to the land of Ice & Snow. Please enjoy my other games, too. I hope you like them just as much! :D

Such a small tale yet so well put together with interesting lore, characters and choices. Though I understand why I got Ending 2 (twice!), Ending 4 will be my favourite as it feels truest to the protagonist's character to me.

None of the endings are canon since it's all about how you choose to make the sisters' relationship but I admit I have a soft spot for 4, haha. Thank you so much for playing.

I'm a bit upset that I'm only just finding this amazing piece of work now, but I'm still happy that I found it all the same. I enjoyed all the endings, Ending 2 being my first on a blind playthrough (I see that more of a reflection of my personality lol) and Ending 3 being my favorite. I'm not going to lie, I have a composed joy that all the illustrated characters were brown :)

Keep making amazing content!

Wow! Thank you very much for playing. I also love this VN but it's definitely my least popular by far. :^) Ending 2 is probably the closest thing to a canon ending so I'm glad you feel that way, haha.

Although this VN is pretty say (two bittersweet endings and two sweetbitter endings) I feel proud to say that this is just the type of game I want to make.

Thank you sooo much for commenting. I'm really touched. ^^ Jellyfish Parade is dedicated to making ethnically diverse casts so I'm happy you're happy about that too!

I loved the Endings 3 and 4, which are both more positive than the first two. Although, the third ending affected me more for some reason.

Anyways, I really enjoyed this game and I'm glad that I finally got around to playing it. Thank you so much for making this : )

Thank you so much for playing the game (and not spoiling the endings! ^^) The positive endings are certainly endings that are more touching...maybe Ending 3 touched you more because Ending 4 is more bittersweet (because of One Eyes' sacrifice)? I can't really tell you why you felt that way, but just a suggestion!

I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. I hope to make more original faerietale games like it soon! ^^ If you liked this one, I suggest trying out Our Celestial Faerietale as well. Right now it's just a demo, but the full game should be released early next month. Like Of Ice & Snow, it's also intended to be an original faerietale. :^)

Thanks again for playing!! I am so glad that you enjoyed it.

Alright, lemme try Our Celestial Faerietale : )  and you're welcome : ) Hope to see more amazing games from you in the future ~

This is beyond my expectation after reading the synopsis, a trully remarkable vn. What makes me be enamored is how Lalao's became The Ice Prince's salvation and on the other side; he also becomes the assurance to Lalao's problems. Wish for your other incridible project ^^

Thank you so much for your reply. Personally, I think Of Ice & Snow is my most personal work so I am really attached to the project and its characters. I'm glad you understand Lalao and the Prince's relationship so well. Thanks so much for playing this game of mine (and for playing  Pairs as well!)

I really enjoyed playing through this VN. The story was absolutely enchanting and drew me in completely. I'm sensitive so my heart was squeezed from beginning to end. And, for me, it's something that makes you think!

The art and music was also very, very lovely and complimentary and I commend you on an amazing job putting this together! It's definitely one of my favorites.

I'm really glad you enjoyed it. ; w ; I guess I wasn't sure what people would think of it so having another positive reaction has me beaming! ^^ I'm glad it touched you so much because I tried my best to write that kind of human story.

Thank you for all of your complements and thank you for saying it's one of your favorites! Ahh, that sentence alone is going to keep my warm at night. ; w ; Thanks.

I had a lot of fun playing your game! I did a little playthrough on my Youtube channel and thought I'd share the experience. I hope my commentary and "voice acting" is somewhat entertaining for you to watch. The story that was told was incredibly memorable and I apperciate that the story didn't always just spell everything out. I hope you continue to develop more games and will be on the lookout for any future games you make!

Wow, you have no idea how much this means to me... I am honestly really touched. I didn't really know what kind of reaction to expect from this since it's totally different from my first project. To me, since the other one was a fangame, this feels like my first *real* creative work. I can only hope that people enjoy it as much as you did.

This is the first review I've received by the way, and to receive it in this format was really touching. (I also corrected all the typos you found... Thanks for that.)

I will definitely post more original VNs in the future! I can only dream that people will care about my creative works as much as you. Thank you for thinking the story is memorable! I appreciate it! I'm bad at expressing personal feelings, but thanks a lot!
